The position is fully remote, enabling you to conduct sessions with clients in the comfort of their own environments. Our digital infrastructure is designed to support efficient communication and scheduling while ensuring privacy and security. You will receive ongoing administrative assistance, allowing you to concentrate fully on your clients' care.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status through structured interviews, psychological testing, and observations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific mental health needs and goals of each client.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic services in both individual and group modalities, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness interventions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive client care and ensure continuity of services when clients are referred to or from other providers.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to keep up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies in mental health care.
• Engage with clients by offering psychoeducation and resources for additional support that complements their treatment.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Experience with specific populations, such as children, families, or individuals with substance abuse challenges, will enhance your effectiveness and responsiveness to their needs.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field.
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience providing mental health counseling services.
• Demonstrated ability in managing clients with different backgrounds and complex issues.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a capacity to engage positively with clients and their families.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently while also collaborating with a remote team.

• Experience in various therapeutic approaches tailored to distinct populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and electronic health record systems.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or support programs.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
