Job description

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment & Processing Specialist who will oversee a range of order processing tasks, including processing repairs, custom orders, and canceled orders. Additionally, the Order Fulfillment & Processing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end order fulfillment process with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. This role requires a deeper understanding of order systems, inventory management, and cross-departmental coordination. The Specialist serves as a key point of support for resolving complex order issues, improving processes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full order fulfillment cycle from receipt to completion
  • Review, validate, and process complex and high-priority orders in internal systems
  • Monitor order flow and proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or delays
  • Track outstanding orders and address issues to prevent procurement and fulfillment delays
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve order discrepancies, system errors, and fulfillment issues
  • Monitor and respond to new messages within the order management system in a timely manners
  • Review and process canceled orders, QC fails, Quick Fix, and HD orders
  • Serve as an escalation point for order-related issues, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Partner closely with Customer Service, Production, Quality Assurance & Shipping to ensure seamless execution
  • Coordinate the processing of repair requests and custom orders while maintaining service standards
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of order status and fulfillment activities
  • Train and mentor Order Fulfillment Associates as needed
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Prioritize urgent and high-value orders while maintaining precision, efficiency, and quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with operational standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a order processing, customer service or complex order management role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Works with a sense of urgency
  • Clear communicator
  • Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft word, excel, and general computer fluency
  • Strong problem solving and excellent at following directions
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred

Hourly base pay: $21.00 - $23.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
