Location: Port Washington, NY (Hybrid โ€“ 2โ€“3 days onsite per week; open to remote)

About the Role

Seking a Supply Planner to support inventory planning and purchasing activities that drive sales, minimize stock-outs, and reduce obsolescence. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in supply chain or planning functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage inventory to meet sales and financial objectives.

  • Project inventory needs based on sales forecasts and planned purchases.

  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • Monitor product flow, availability, and fulfillment activities.

  • Address backorders, out-of-stock issues, and exceptions with supply chain teams.

  • Partner with Sales, Logistics, Distribution, and Corporate Planning teams.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or similar roles.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas).

  • Experience with SAP or other enterprise database/planning systems.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
