If you are a Customer Service Specialist looking for a fully remote role you can grow in and work alongside some of the top providers in the area, then Alliance Spine and Pain Centers is the right place for you!

**Please be advised this role is fully remote after 2-3 weeks of successful training in Marietta**
Education and/or Experience:
  • Associate degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting
  • 1+ year of experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
Ideal candidate would have:
  • World-class customer service skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining professionalism and compassion with every patient interaction
  • Previous experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls or working at the front desk in a medical environment is preferred.
  • Experience handling 100+ calls a day in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to accurately interpret and communicate healthcare information
  • Prior experience using Electronic Medical Record systems, preferably e-ClinicalWorks
  • Experience working a structured schedule with assigned lunch and break periods
