Insightful Life Care Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote telehealth team. This position is fully remote, providing a flexible work environment that prioritizes both counselor and client wellness. Work hours will primarily fall Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate client schedules. As a telehealth provider, you will utilize secure video conferencing platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure continuity of care and compliance with legal requirements.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate progress towards patient goals.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups focusing on common mental health issues, fostering a community support structure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote a cohesive approach to patient care and treatment.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and immediate support.
• Offer education on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources to empower patients in their recovery journeys.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
• Engage in case consultations and departmental meetings to enhance collaborative practice and clinical skills.
• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and developments to continuously improve therapeutic techniques.

You will be working with a diverse population of clients from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. The primary focus of your work will be on individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and substance use problems. This variety provides an enriching work experience that promotes professional growth and therapeutic expertise.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within Washington State.
• Strong familiarity with mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment practices.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy, with a focus on fostering relationships and trust with clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and understanding clients' concerns.
• Proficient in the use of EHR systems and digital communication tools.
• Ability to operate ethically within clinical boundaries and uphold client confidentiality.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery is preferred, though not required.
• Background in crisis intervention strategies and management is a plus.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and community resource networks.
• Previous involvement in continuing education or professional development activities.
