  • Use HubSpot or a similar CRM to manage leads, workflows, follow-up, and marketing activity
  • Build and maintain email automation and lead-nurturing workflows
  • Track marketing performance, leads, conversions, and campaign results
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Follow up with prospective customers and qualify leads

  • Help move qualified prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Work closely with company leadership to determine which marketing and business development activities are producing results
Ideal Background
  • Experience in digital marketing and business development
  • Previous cold-calling, inside-sales, or outbound prospecting experience
  • Hands-on HubSpot or comparable CRM experience
  • Email marketing and marketing automation experience
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Content creation experience

  • Lead generation and lead-nurturing experience
  • Comfortable creating both marketing strategy and the actual content needed to execute it
  • Comfortable working independently in a small-company environment
  • Able to shift between marketing, lead generation, and direct business development based on company needs
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who can generate attention and help turn that attention into business. The ideal candidate understands that marketing and sales should work together and is comfortable both creating campaigns and directly engaging prospective customers.
The right person will be proactive, resourceful, comfortable working with a smaller organization, and capable of building marketing and business development processes without needing a large internal team or agency structure.
