  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in one or more sectors such as IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Executive Search.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating technical and professional qualifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple hiring requirements.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to candidate quality.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools is preferred.
