Voice Actor - German Speakers (AI Training)
About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality German audio and evaluate AI-generated speech - helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed - just your craft, your voice, and a quiet place to record.

What You'll Do
  • Record high-quality German voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts
  • Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation, expressiveness, and clarity
  • Provide structured, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated audio outputs
  • Review and refine scripts to ensure they read naturally and are ready for delivery
  • Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
  • Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar voice-over work
  • Native or near-native fluency in German
  • Owner of a high-quality microphone with access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
  • Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging performances consistently
  • Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

  • Background in broadcast, theatre, audiobook narration, or commercial voice-over
  • Experience evaluating or directing voice talent
  • Familiarity with home studio recording setups and audio quality standards
