  • Conduct pre-bid meetings, pre-construction meetings, and related project coordination activities.
  • Coordinate and review work performed by subconsultants and other disciplines.
  • Support proposal development, client communications, and business development initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior Building Envelope staff.
  • Maintain familiarity with current building envelope standards, systems, and industry best practices including IIBEC, ASTM, NRCA, CSI, and related organizations.

Job Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience preparing construction documents and technical specifications.
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems, waterproofing assemblies, wall systems, and building enclosure science.
  • Experience with building envelope testing and forensic investigations preferred.
  • Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain certification required.
  • Ability and willingness to perform field work and travel as required.
  • Pre-employment drug test, background check, and valid driver’s license required.

Working Conditions:
This position includes both office and field responsibilities. Field assignments may require climbing ladders, walking roofs, lifting equipment, working at heights, and performing inspections in varying weather conditions while utilizing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

What We Offer:
We provide a collaborative and technically focused environment where professionals have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging building envelope projects.
