This role centers on providing care to individuals experiencing various mental health issues exacerbated by co-occurring medical conditions. You will support patients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and chronic pain, enabling them to achieve improved overall health outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• Demonstrated experience addressing the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with both patients and healthcare professionals.
• Competence in maintaining boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality.
