Job description

Customer Service Representative – $17/hr (Remote)
ITM Marketing | Coshocton, OH

ITM Marketing is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support an e-commerce customer service program. Position is remote positions in states we are registered in, which are listed below. If you are local to our headquarters and need in-house, please inquire.

Pay: $17.00/hour | Weekly pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET for training; after training will be Monday-Sunday, 9:00AM to 9:00PM ET (40 hours scheduled, with 2 days off per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer questions, place orders, resolve issues
  • Use multiple computer systems and soft phones
  • Provide professional, empathetic service

Training: Paid, instructor-led (Microsoft Teams). Must pass to continue employment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 20 WPM typing minimum
  • Windows/PC experience
  • Customer service experience preferred

You must provide some components including dual monitors (including DP cords or adapters to turn HDMI into DP), USB keyboard, USB mouse and USB headset with microphone. Wireless/Bluetooth devices are not permitted.

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or West Virginia
