Job Description

Join Experian as a Senior Director of Demand Generation and help shape the future of our Insurance growth strategy. You will lead cross-channel demand generation efforts, guide experimentation and optimization, and partner with analytics and product teams to bring measurable, scalable impact. You will manage a team with direct reports and you'll report to our Vice President, Insurance Services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • New Channel & Lead Source Enablement
    • Evaluate and pilot new acquisition channels, platforms, and lead sources in partnership with channel owners
    • Design structured test-and-learn frameworks for exploratory channels
    • Build channel pilot plans and strategy, success criteria, and scale or kill recommendations
    • Build documentation, plans, and enablement materials to grow successful pilots
  • Channel Execution Support
    • Manage a large marketing portfolio spanning multiple channels and partners driving to Experian Insurance
    • Improve execution standards across channel owners and performance marketing teams, ensuring best practices in optimization, testing, and scaling
    • Set direction on budget allocation, pacing frameworks, and performance diagnostics
    • Standardize processes and operating rhythms across channels
  • Analytics, Targeting & Decision Support Enablement
    • Partner with analytics and decision science teams to improve targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring
    • Promote optimization of decision systems, including routing and bidding logic
    • Translate funnel and cohort insights into relevant recommendations
    • Manage demand forecasting and scenario planning across channels, connecting spend, lead volume, conversion, partner capacity, and ROAS assumptions to inform growth strategy, budget allocation, and scale-versus-efficiency tradeoffs.
  • Experimentation & Learning Systems
    • Establish experimentation frameworks across channels
    • Partner with Product to prioritize and guide testing of marketing UX to improve customer conversion
    • Ensure insights from pilots are embedded into ongoing execution
    • Combine cross-channel insights to inform and prioritize growth investment
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Experience launching and scaling new channels
  • Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
  • Minor travel required
