A Day in the Life: Carrier Compliance Specialist

This position can be hybrid at any of our locations (Seaford, DE; Fort Worth, TX; Kansas City, MO; Urbandale, IA; Orlando, FL; Scottsdale, AZ; Minneapolis, MN or Sartell, MN)

Calling all detectives and multi-taskers. Trinity is looking for a Carrier Compliance Specialist. On any one day, this specialist will be talking to new carriers and assisting with the set up process. In addition, they will be working closely with other administrative, support team and operational offices, including Agents. A primary task will be to assist with investigating risk concerns for the company and vetting carriers in the database to protect the company. An eye for detail, while providing top- notch service are essential for success in this role. We need you! This position is crucial for Trinity's success, because you will be the gatekeeper making sure that all our carriers are vetted and legitimate to be hauling freight for our customers!
