Overview & Requirements
Hourly Compensation: Starting at $45

This is a full-time remote position with hourly pay. Your working hours will be arranged according to client needs and your availability. A minimum of five weekdays is required, with at least two time slots available (8am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, or 3pm-7pm). Your caseload will be coordinated with Regional Clinical Directors and/or the Senior Managing Director of ABA Client Intake, Admissions, and Planning.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State licensure as a behavior analyst (if required in your state)
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering ABA therapy to individuals with autism
  • Familiarity with various assessment tools and ABA techniques
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this position, you will be tasked with designing, implementing, and supervising behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related conditions. Occasional travel to client sites, supervision locations, and team meetings may be required.

Reports To: Regional Clinical Director

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans
  • Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs
  • Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and their families
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support personnel
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Engage in team meetings and case reviews
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as necessary (approximately 20-30% travel required)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in using electronic health record systems
