The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, have superior customer service skills, and be driven to meet tight deadlines. A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will...
โ€ข Identify title issues on real estate title products.
โ€ข Create and provide a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report.
โ€ข Run reports to ensure and confirm completion of grading on orders and to provide to clients as needed.
โ€ข Address inquiries from the servicer, foreclosure attorney and internal staff.

You possess ...

โ€ข Prior title insurance experience.
โ€ข The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines.
โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
โ€ข The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
. Identify and report items that effect title through or after the foreclosure process on a real estate transaction.
โ€ข Create and provide a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report.
โ€ข Run reports to ensure and confirm completion of grading on orders and to provide to clients as needed.
โ€ข Address inquiries from the servicer, foreclosure attorney and internal staff.
โ€ข Maintain open communication with management, foreclosure attorney and servicer.
โ€ข Assist with special projects requested by clients, internal teams or upper management.
โ€ข Attend and participate in team meetings.
โ€ข All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
. 3-5 years of prior title insurance job experience.
. Working knowledge of real estate title Proven customer service skills.
. Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.
. Must be able to multi-task.
. Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy.
