You will engage in regular virtual team meetings, providing a culture of collaboration and support, while working largely independently with the ability to manage your caseload effectively.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health challenges and develop tailored, effective treatment plans.
• Utilize individualized therapy modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or mindfulness-based approaches, to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
• Set and monitor therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, ensuring ongoing motivation and progress during the treatment journey.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, ensuring continued support for clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain compliant and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical standards, illustrating our commitment to quality and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enrich clinical skills and stay current with effective practices and treatments in the mental health field.

Our client population encompasses a wide range of individuals experiencing mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. • Current and valid licensure in the state of Georgia as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; candidates with a PsyD are also encouraged to apply.
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic professionalism combined with a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage caseloads efficiently and fulfill administrative responsibilities accurately.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with expertise in providing therapeutic support to individuals facing complex mental health issues.
• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with digital counseling technologies.
• A track record of collaboration in multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
