• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive information about each student’s mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual and group therapy tailored to the specific needs of students, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote academic and personal success.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, group therapy sessions, and support groups that empower students and increase their coping skills.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of students during high-stress situations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services provided, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Your primary focus will be on students within the school environment, which includes a diverse demographic representing various backgrounds, experiences, and mental health needs. • Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
