As part of an outpatient office providing integrated care, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based therapeutic services while collaborating closely with various medical professionals.

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering essential mental health services. We utilize advanced electronic health record systems to streamline workflows and enhance communication, allowing for seamless collaboration among team members.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, incorporating considerations of patients' medical conditions that may impact their mental wellness.
• Develop, implement, and review integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and physical health needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices that resonate with each patient's unique circumstances to encourage personal growth and recovery.
• Work closely with medical providers to ensure coordinated and effective care, enhancing treatment outcomes and continuity.
• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies.
• Empower patients by educating them on the intersection between mental health and physical well-being, fostering self-management skills.
• Ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping in compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of patient confidentiality.
• Engage actively in team meetings and case conferences to collaborate on care planning, sharing insights and best practices.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in integrated care to continuously enhance therapeutic practices.

The therapist in this role will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing complex mental health challenges concurrent with physical health conditions. This may include those dealing with chronic illnesses, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful connections and facilitate transformative experiences for patients navigating these challenges.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.
• Demonstrated ability to address the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster effective engagement with patients and inter-professional team members.
• Ability to uphold professional boundaries, maintaining ethical standards and patient confidentiality at all times.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
• A collaborative spirit that thrives in interdisciplinary team environments.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques applicable to various mental health disorders.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention and management.
• Experience with treatment planning and implementing a cohesive care strategy involving diverse health care professionals.

The salary range for this position is USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 to support your transition into our team.
