• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new and existing patients to thoroughly understand their mental health needs.
• Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's situation.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other strategies aimed at enhancing patients' mental health.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with organizational policy and regulatory standards, focusing on comprehensive documentation to track treatment progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health challenges and treatment options.
• Stay current with the latest research, clinical guidelines, and advancements in mental health to continuously enhance clinical knowledge and practices.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will be responsible for applying tailored therapeutic approaches to assist patients in identifying, addressing, and overcoming their unique obstacles to mental wellness. Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and fostering a sense of trust and safety are essential components of successful treatment.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in Texas.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy models and a commitment to utilizing evidence-based approaches in therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and case management.

• Prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings or community health environments.
