As a Production Quality Analyst within PNC's Quality Risk Assurance department, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Denver, CO.
As a Production Quality Analyst, you will be expected to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am EST - 4:30 pm EST.
The essential function of a Production Quality Analyst is ensuring PNC has all necessary loan documentation to properly execute and collateralize commercial loans. This team conducts a quality review of the Document Control Center (DCC), who prepare commercial loan packages and input all necessary information into CLASS and ACBS based on the requirements outlined in each transaction's Credit Approval. This team, Post Quality Review (PQR), is responsible for ensuring the most critical aspects of the DCC's processing work is fully complete and accurate to mitigate risk impacts to PNC and the customer.
It is beneficial to have system experience with ACBS, ACLS, CUI, and CLASS. It is also preferred to have document review knowledge, and an understanding of collateral and loan structures.

  • Utilizing standard procedures, conducts quality review and analysis of the work performed by staff supporting a specific line of business or functional area. Identifies systemic issues and facilitates correction.
  • Reviews complex transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
  • Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete the transaction and/or work process.
  • Identifies systemic issues and facilitates effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Works with staff to develop and improve incoming quality.
  • Provides recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects.
