Summary of This Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst supports the alignment and optimization of sales, marketing, and customer success operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate data, actionable insights, and efficient revenue processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career analyst looking to grow their technical and business acumen in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
This is a remote position with up to 20% travel to support team meetings, planning sessions, or key business initiatives; primarily to Oklahoma City, OK.
What You'll Do
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to support revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking
  • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the revenue lifecycle
  • Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including data hygiene, basic configuration, report creation, and user support
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to understand reporting needs and translate business questions into data insights
  • Assist with revenue forecasting, pipeline reviews, and KPI tracking
  • Document processes, definitions, and reporting logic to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects related to revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Help identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and data quality across revenue systems

What Are We Looking for in this Role?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2-5 years of experience in an analytics, operations, or revenue-focused role (internships or relevant project experience considered)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboards (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
  • Experience using at least one BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Basic understanding of sales and revenue concepts (pipeline, forecasting, trends, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% as needed
