Description

Seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This fully remote role focuses on delivering high-quality reporting and insights through Tableau dashboards, SQL-based data analysis, and reliable data exports and uploads. The Data Analyst will work closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and operational and clinical stakeholders to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex healthcare data, takes ownership of data accuracy, and can clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that support operational and clinical reporting needs

Develop and optimize SQL queries against SQL Server databases to extract, validate, and analyze data

Create and manage data exports and uploads to support downstream reporting and business processes

Partner with Business Analysts to translate business and clinical requirements into trusted reporting solutions

Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines and datasets support scalable analytics

Validate data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability

Identify data quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve them

Clearly explain findings, trends, and data limitations to non-technical stakeholders

Contribute to the development of a scalable, well-documented analytics environment

Data Analyst role is responsible for full ownership of Tableau Server. This includes server updates, upgrades, configuration changes, and ensuring best practices are followed, in addition to building dashboards and reports.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
