Agilent's Diagnostics and Genomics Group is seeking acustomerfocused InField CustomerApplicationSpecialist (CAS)to support new and existing customers in theMiami/Fort Lauderdale territory. This role serves as thescientific and technical expertfor Agilent's Pathology and Genomics Solutions, partnering closely withsales, service, and internal teams to drive growth, ensure successful implementations, and optimize customer outcomes.

This is aremote, homebased position, with the expectation of frequent travel throughout the assigned territory to visit customer sites as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providepresalesscientific and technical consultation, partnering withSalesto guide customers toward optimal Pathology and Genomics solutions
  • Support customer meetings andpresentations as thetechnical subject matter expert(inperson and remote)
  • Cotravel withSalesAccount Managers to develop new business and support existing accounts
  • Supportpostsalesinstallations, including onsite training and Performance Qualification, in collaboration with Field ServiceEngineers and internal teams
  • Optimize customer assays includingIHC, Special Stains, H&E, and Molecular ISH/FISH
  • Deliveronsite and remote troubleshootingin partnership withApplications, Technical Support,Sales, and Service teams
  • Act as thecustomer voice, providing feedback to influence future product andapplicationdevelopment
  • Maintain awareness of competitive solutions and articulate Agilent's value differentiators
  • Complete required administrative activities, including scheduling, travel, expenses, and service documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting pathology and genomics instrumentation and workflows in clinical or laboratory environments
  • Preferred Certifications & Language Skills
  • HT or QIHC certification is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus
  • Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred
  • Strong scientific and technical background in:
    • Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
    • Special Stains and H&E
    • Molecular techniques, including ISH/FISH
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
  • Up to 75% travel with flexible working hours
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform hands-on laboratory activities
  • Must meet Agilentapproved customer and vendor credentialing requirements for site access, where applicable

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least May 7, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted. It is sales incentive eligible. In the US, this position is eligible for choice of company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $105,075.00 - $175,125.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
