• Conducting telehealth sessions that deliver thoughtful, solution-based care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Managing comprehensive assessments and crafting personalized care plans in partnership with clients and their families, ensuring all aspects of their mental health are addressed.
• Facilitating connections with community resources and support services, helping clients access essential tools for their recovery.
• Collaborating with a close-knit virtual team, exchanging insights and best practices to enhance service delivery and maintain high standards of care.
• Documenting client interactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

This role primarily focuses on students within various educational settings who may be experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Our approach emphasizes culturally competent care, understanding that each client’s background and experiences shape their mental health journey. By working directly with school personnel and families, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between mental health services and essential educational support.

• A master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in California, ensuring compliance with all state regulations and standards.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant field experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical social work practices.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital communication, showcasing confidence in delivering care via virtual means.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside strong case documentation abilities.

• Experience working within a school environment or with adolescent populations, providing insights into their unique challenges.
• Familiarity with mental health treatment models and evidence-based practices to inform care.
• Knowledge of community resources specific to the Anaheim area and an understanding of how to leverage these for client support.
