To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid and current license by the state board, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• The ability to work independently without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Expertise in providing direct clinical services.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a warm and understanding demeanor.
• Familiarity with technology and a stable internet connection suitable for remote work.
