  • Manage relationships with external legal advisors and support labor inspections, audits, regulatory inquiries, and compliance initiatives.
  • Identify risks and improvement opportunities by analyzing data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to strengthen employment compliance frameworks.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and technology solutions to improve legal workflows, reduce manual processes, and increase the scalability of legal support.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, remote-first legal team culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Law degree (or equivalent qualification) with admission to practice law in one or more jurisdictions.
  • 4+ years of experience practicing employment law, ideally combining law firm and in-house legal experience.
  • Strong expertise in employment law, including drafting and reviewing employment agreements, managing policies and templates, and advising on complex employment matters.
  • Experience handling multi-jurisdictional and cross-border employment issues across different legal and regulatory environments.
  • Understanding of Employer of Record (EOR) models and the legal considerations involved; previous experience in this area is highly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and communicate clear, practical, and business-focused recommendations to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Strong research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance compliance requirements with operational effectiveness and creative problem-solving.
  • Comfortable using technology, AI tools, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and enhance legal processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute beyond core responsibilities.
  • Reliable home internet connection suitable for remote work.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere, subject to local work authorization requirements.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation and holidays according to local requirements.
