This position offers a remote work environment, allowing flexibility while you provide essential services to clients from the comfort of your home. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, supporting a balanced work-life dynamic. Occasionally, evenings or weekend hours may be necessary based on client circumstances, ensuring that you can meet the diverse needs of those you serve.

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, assessing their needs, forming treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish and advance shared goals, participating actively in team meetings and contributing insights to reflect best practices in patient care.
• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, honoring their unique traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles, ensuring that care is respectful and culturally competent.
• Navigate organizational policies and external systems effectively, adhering to the ethical standards and professional guidelines set forth by Green Life Counseling Center.
• Work both independently and alongside team members to enhance personal and team skills, focusing on continuous improvement of service delivery and patient outcomes.

The focus of this position is on clients dealing with terminal illnesses and chronic conditions that lead to significant psychosocial distress. You will support individuals and their families through emotional and practical challenges, offering guidance and counseling during times of vulnerability and uncertainty.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies relevant to your population, along with proficiency in crisis management and risk assessment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary team members.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, crucial for maintaining effective case management practices.

• At least two years of direct, hands-on clinical experience, preferably within a hospice, healthcare, or community service environment.
• Previous experience working with individuals experiencing end-of-life issues or severe mental health challenges.
