• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, analyzing clients' histories, strengths, and current mental health concerns to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using best practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that emphasize achievable goals and necessary interventions, continually adapting as client progress is monitored.
• Engage closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring that all aspects of the client's mental health treatment are addressed.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities during patient interaction to promote healing and foster resilience.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, preparing safety plans tailored to the unique needs of high-risk clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
