• Conduct thorough initial psychosocial assessments of individuals and families, determining appropriate treatment plans and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Engage in active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, utilizing regular documentation and meetings, such as patient rounds, to communicate treatment progress and adjust care strategies.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in developing coping skills and achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Provide case management support, consulting with community providers and resources to ensure comprehensive care for assigned clients.
• Maintain ethical and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with departmental expectations.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and supervision, fostering continuous professional development and skill enhancement within the team.

The mental health professionals at Inner Fire Wellness Center work with a varied patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. • A valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is essential.

Experience in providing telehealth services is preferred, demonstrating flexibility in adapting treatment methods to suit online platforms. Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices is highly advantageous. Additionally, interpersonal skills that foster a trusting client-therapist relationship will contribute positively to your effectiveness in this role.
