Job description

Remote Customer Service Representative - Must live in Palm Bay, Florida

Provide customer support to consumers via telephone and/or Internet, e.g., instant message, email. Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment. For product or service-related issues, will move customer to appropriate Product Support Specialist.


What you will be doing:
Provide excellent customer service to high-value clients.
Assisting with account and product inquiries while also performing account maintenance.
Establish a professional rapport with each client.
What you will need:
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as above average computer abilities.
High school diploma or GED
Banking experience is preferred
Experience working in a high-volume call center preferred.
