HEALTH & SAFETY SPECIALIST


As our Technical HSE Coordinator, you will help shape a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for hundreds of employees across Iberia while contributing to Coty's global HSE agenda. Through your expertise, you will strengthen our culture prevention, influence positive behaviors, reduce risk and ensure our people can perform at their best every day.

THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Technical HSE Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in protecting our people, strengthening Coty's prevention culture and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing across Iberia. You will influence strategic HSE initiatives locally and globally, helping build safer workplaces while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will be reporting to Health & Safety Lead, and you will manage:

Local HSE Management - Iberia:

  • Be the trusted HSE partner for Iberia, ensuring our teams operate in a safe, compliant and people-first environment.
  • Drive proactive risk management initiatives that reduce workplace risks and support employee wellbeing.
  • Enable employees and leaders to make safer decisions through impactful training, guidance and awareness programs.
  • Turn incidents and near misses into opportunities for learning, prevention and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best-in-class HSE practices and compliance.

Safety culture, risk prevention & continuous improvement:

  • Champion a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility and employees feel empowered to speak up and act.
  • Help shape the HSE roadmap by turning data, insights and observations into meaningful actions.
  • Strengthening organizational resilience by ensuring teams are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected events.
  • Influence leaders and employees through data-driven recommendations that improve HSE performance.
  • Leverage HSE insights and reporting to identify trends, drive improvements and elevate employee experience.

Global corporate HSE coordination:

  • Contribute to shaping a consistent HSE approach across Coty's corporate offices, helping share and embed best practices globally.
  • Support the development of scalable HSE frameworks that improve onboarding, awareness and safety leadership.
  • Foster collaboration across international teams to strengthen learning, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Help elevate HSE maturity by supporting audits, action plans and governance initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Generate meaningful insights through HSE reporting that enable better decision-making and drive global safety performance.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an Health & Safety professional with strong PRL expertise, you are passionate about creating workplaces where people can thrive safely. You combine technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and have the ability to influence, engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • University degree and official Master in PRL / HSE with at least three required specialties:
    • Seguridad en el Trabajo
    • Higiene Industrial
    • Ergonomia
    • Psicosociologia.  
  • PRL certification obtained or homologated in Spain.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Health & Safety / PRL
  • Fluent Spanish and advanced English are a must.
  • Experience supporting own prevention services, external prevention services or legally regulated HSE frameworks is highly valued.
  • Experience in office, sales, retail or service environments, in addition to factory or industrial settings, is an advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; Power BI knowledge is considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage employees, managers and external partners.
