• Conducting thorough initial assessments, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to evaluate clients’ psychological and substance abuse needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessment findings, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Providing high-quality therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family therapy, adapting evidence-based techniques to suit varying therapeutic contexts.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with HIPAA standards.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, participating in case reviews and treatment planning meetings, to deliver coordinated care for our clients.
• Providing crisis intervention services as needed, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to manage acute situations effectively.
• Continuously engaging in professional development by staying informed about the latest trends and evidence-based practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Your therapeutic expertise will be directed towards individuals grappling with a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. You will work with adults and occasionally adolescents, focusing on helping them navigate their unique challenges and fostering recovery in a supportive and empathetic environment.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Florida is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience providing mental health and substance abuse treatment services.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team, contributing to a supportive and positive work culture.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred, facilitating efficient documentation and communication.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our compensation package includes:
