At Harmony United, we utilize a team-based approach where therapists collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and counseling interns. • Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage actively in case consultations with a multidisciplinary team to strategize treatment plans and share insights.
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing training sessions to refine therapeutic skills and implement best practices.
• Remain current with licensure requirements and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional expertise.

As an LCMFT at Harmony United, you will work with a diverse range of clients who present with various issues including but not limited to relationship conflicts, trauma, anxiety disorders, and life transitions. You will play a crucial role in guiding families and individuals through their challenges, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental space where healing and growth can occur. Your expertise in systems theory and relational dynamics will be instrumental in creating tailored treatment plans that lead to positive client outcomes.

• A valid Oregon LMFT license is required to practice as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in trauma-informed care, systems theory, and relational dynamics.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms to engage with clients effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with couples and families in addressing relational issues.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
