Job Description Role: Project Manager Work Location: Edmonds, BC Contract Duration: 12 months - (Hybrid - preference for local candidates; remote candidates may be considered) Max INC Rate: $74.81/ Max T4 Rate: $63.40 Role Overview The Project Manager - Infrastructure Level 1 is responsible for delivering low to medium risk infrastructure and construction projects. This role leads cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. The Project Manager oversees project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities Plan, direct, and report on infrastructure and construction project activities by monitoring project benefits, resources, and status. Develop and maintain key project documentation including project plans, action logs, communication plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Develop project plans and risk management plans for infrastructure or construction projects typically valued up to $20M.

Manage project activities including engineering coordination, procurement, stakeholder engagement, regulatory approvals, quality assurance, safety, and construction management. Coordinate project lifecycle phases including planning, execution, pre-commissioning, and close-out. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders including engineers, customers, field crews, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely progress.

Track and monitor project progress using Microsoft Office and project management tools. Ensure project deliverables meet organizational standards for safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance. Work Assignment Requirements Prepare government claim submissions for Project Delivery projects, including: Summarizing data onto claim templates.

Extracting and reviewing data from internal systems for eligibility. Gathering supporting documentation for claim submissions. Responding to audit requests by extracting and validating data.

Collaborating with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Finance, and project team members to confirm cost admissibility. Support tracking and review of customer funding and contribution data, including: Preparing accrual submissions. Extracting and reviewing project financial data from internal systems.

Coordinating with Project Managers, Interconnections Managers, and Finance to validate project costs. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of project management experience or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in a professional environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. Experience working with BC Hydro projects or systems.

SAP experience. Coding or data analysis experience. Accounting or financial tracking experience.
