This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a close connection to our outpatient office structure. • Conduct confidential and private therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic approaches to ensure effective support for your clients.
• Regularly track and evaluate client progress through careful assessment, and modify treatment plans when necessary to achieve desired therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage with fellow team members to provide holistic care, including making referrals to specialists within our network when appropriate for enhanced client support.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, predominantly focusing on women aged 35-55, who may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, midlife transitions, and stress management.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored specifically to each client’s unique needs and goals, incorporating both traditional and innovative therapeutic techniques.

Your primary focus will be on female clients aged 35-55, a demographic often facing unique mental health challenges related to life transitions, personal relationships, and greater life stressors. You will have the opportunity to create a positive impact on their lives as you guide them toward healthier coping mechanisms and emotional resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is mandatory.
• An active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with clients in a therapeutic setting.
• A strong understanding of the ethical and legal considerations in counseling practices.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues as part of a dynamic team.

• Experience in private practice or outpatient counseling settings is a plus, especially in contexts that prioritize accessibility and client-centered care.
• Proficiency in diverse therapeutic methodologies and evidence-based practices.
• Understanding of common mental health trends affecting women, particularly in the specified age group.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
