• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics at all times.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, address challenges, and prepare for discharge planning when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure they meet their mental health goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client according to compliance standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate therapeutic approach.
• Participate in regular individual supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical expertise and teamwork.
• Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at the Jewish Counseling Center, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including but not limited to, children, adolescents, and adults navigating various mental health challenges. Our clients often seek assistance for anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and other emotional disturbances, requiring a tailored approach to each individual’s needs. Your role will be essential in creating a safe space for these clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, promoting healing and growth.

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• Current, unrestricted LMHC license, active and in good standing.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficiency in using computers and telehealth software, including electronic records management systems.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Comfortable with telehealth technologies and engagement methodologies.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health care.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience. We employ a fee-for-service model, guaranteeing rates that are paid ahead of collections, which alleviates financial uncertainty often faced by therapists. Additional benefits include:
