• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect individual goals.
• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to support clients on their journey to mental wellness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to ethical practices.
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team, engaging in case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance overall care quality.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and the treatment process, empowering them with practical knowledge and resources to navigate their challenges effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in clinical practices and mental health research, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic interventions for the best patient outcomes.

Our clientele is diverse, encompassing individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with clients from different backgrounds and age groups, crafting individualized treatment approaches that address their unique circumstances. Your role is critical in fostering resilience and empowering clients to attain their mental health goals.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Proficiency in contemporary psychotherapy techniques and interventions, with the ability to adapt treatment for individual client needs.
