This role owns month-end variance analysis and reforecasting across the business, partnering with the Director of FP&A on financial models and templates, with ownership of forecast development and assumption-setting. This role requires hands-on experience in data center, colocation, hyperscale infrastructure, or capital-intensive commercial real estate construction environments, given the pace and complexity of our active build program.This person will report to our Director, FP&A and will share our company values and play an important role in supporting our continued growth.How We Work at 5COur core values guide how we collaborate, make decisions, support one another, and serve our customers.
