Job description

Alliance Global Group LLC (AGG) is a growing Service-Disabled Veteran Owned certified company providing Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Administrative and Program Management, Financial Management, and Litigation Support. AGG prides itself on providing outstanding customer service and expert solutions to complex challenges.

We are currently hiring a Financial Analyst to work at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio.

Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst will provide financial management and system support services to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), OH in terms of financial execution, reconciliation, reporting, case closure, annual case reviews, delivery reporting, and decision support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Duties will include researching and resolving dormant commitments and Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs); developing expenditure data to be delivery reported within Security Assistance Management Information System (SAMIS); as well as identifying, researching, and resolving FMS case/line discrepancies. Candidate will also research and resolve financial and logistic system discrepancies in support of annual financial reviews, perform delivery reporting technician functions, and provide decision support services and system financial data extrapolation, modeling, and assessments.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of the data inputs into the various financial/logistical/payment systems.
  • Research and analyze funds reconciliation based upon data obtained from Government database systems
  • Reconcile cases and lines to ensure amounts are accurate and applied to the correct FMS case.
  • Provide full range of delivery reporting technician duties related to a variety of standardized and recurring accounting documents and transactions, and some non- standardized transactions covering various accounting functions.
  • Provide decision support services, research, system financial data extrapolation, modeling, and assessments. Combine in-depth knowledge of FMS processes and procedures to conduct research, modeling, anticipate issues,

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must have 2 years of Financial Analyst experience
  • Not required, but preferred to have 1 year of FMS experience
  • Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship
  • Must be local, no Relocation Assistance will be provided
