Job description

The Financial Analyst provides accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role is responsible for financial close processes, account reconciliations, and analyzing financial statements such as P\&L and balance sheets. It partners with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve financial processes, and deliver insights using analytical tools. Additionally, the position ensures regulatory compliance (e.g., GAAP, SOX), supports audits, and contributes to special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with advanced credentials such as CPA or MBA considered a strong advantage.
3+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, or completion of a finance development program with relevant work experience.
