Overview

Littlefield Physical Therapy Inc is seeking a Remote Chat and Email Representative to support patients and prospective clients through clear, timely, and professional written communication. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, empathetic, and confident handling a high volume of inquiries while providing a positive experience in every interaction.

As a key part of the support team, you will help ensure patients receive accurate information, timely responses, and a welcoming first impression of the practice. What You’ll Do
  • Respond to incoming chat and email inquiries from patients, caregivers, and prospective clients in a professional and courteous manner
