As a therapist, you will have access to tools and telehealth platforms that facilitate seamless service delivery and engagement.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional, psychological, and environmental needs to guide effective treatment planning.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans that address specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and progress evaluations.
• Provide individual and family counseling sessions to assist clients in navigating life challenges and achieving personal growth.
• Engage in crisis intervention techniques, performing risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to ensure client well-being.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of community partners to coordinate care and advocate for comprehensive support services.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote agency services and foster awareness of mental health issues.
• Take part in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development through training sessions.

Your work will have a meaningful impact on children and families within educational settings who may be experiencing mental health crises or social challenges. This includes students struggling with academic pressures, family issues, and mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or behavioral disorders. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a supportive environment that facilitates healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and community resources.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations.
• Proficient in utilizing technology for remote service delivery, including telehealth platforms.

• Prior experience in a social service agency, particularly within educational or school-based settings.

• Knowledge of social justice issues and advocacy strategies impacting mental health.
