Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that respond to clients' unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training opportunities to stay current with the latest mental health practices and research.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and refer clients to other services as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community health setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in counseling practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective rapport-building with a diverse clientele.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to enhance client outcomes.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural competency in counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits
