Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Financial Aid Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in Financial Aid processes and system administration, particularly with platforms such as Banner Financial Aid, ProSAM, or PowerFAIDS. This role requires a strong foundation in system administration and the ability to review and write SQL scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Financial Aid processes.
  • Handle production support tickets and maintain comprehensive knowledge base documentation.
  • Collaborate with programmer analysts to translate business/functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot student and staff issues by analyzing code and understanding the workflows of financial aid systems.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Significant experience working with Student Financial Aid platforms.
  • Strong background as a Business Analyst (BA).
  • General knowledge of SQL databases.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with both students and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:
