• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline goals and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and community resources to establish comprehensive care strategies.
• Offer crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans as required.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions to promote learning and community support.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in line with ethical and legal standards.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment abilities.

• Previous experience in a school setting or with adolescent clients is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and resilience building techniques.
• Proficiency in remote therapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
