In this role, you will primarily serve patients facing terminal illnesses and their families, addressing complex emotional and psychological needs that arise when confronted with end-of-life scenarios. By employing trauma-informed care principles, you will aid clients in overcoming feelings of anxiety, grief, and trauma associated with their situations, while empowering them to find peace and closure.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or social work setting.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, particularly relevant to grief and trauma therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to adapt therapeutic approaches based on patient feedback and clinical judgment.
