• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their unique needs and circumstances, forming the basis for individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s specific challenges.
• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

In your role as an LCSW at Prestine Life Psychotherapy Center, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, each facing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our focus on culturally sensitive treatment ensures that all clients receive personalized care that respects their individual experiences and values.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, meeting the educational requirements for LCSW licensure.
• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient environment, providing direct clinical services.
• Strong understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to continued professional growth.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage clients and work collaboratively with colleagues.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings, reflecting adaptability and skills in virtual client engagement.
