As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and support systems.
• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care protocols.
• Creating individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and strategies tailored to clients' specific needs.
• Regularly collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to execute comprehensive treatment plans that enhance client care.
• Facilitating crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring clients' immediate needs for safety and support are met.
• Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Leading group therapy sessions, workshops, and psychoeducation classes to enhance clients' understanding of mental health challenges and promote peer support.
