This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while being part of a collaborative team. As a counselor, you will engage with clients through video sessions, offering support from the comfort of your home. However, you will also have the opportunity to connect with clients in our Outpatient Office, ensuring a hybrid service approach when necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that meet the unique needs of each client, employing various therapeutic modalities as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any interventions used to comply with regulatory standards.
• Regularly revisit treatment plans and adjust therapeutic approaches to suit the evolving needs of clients, ensuring effective and optimal care.
• Provide clients with information regarding financial and emotional commitments associated with their treatment, guiding them through the counseling process.
• Support clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms, enhancing self-awareness, and improving relationships through talk therapy.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life challenges. • A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Proficiency in additional languages is preferred, enabling better communication with a diverse client base.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information effectively and empathetically.

• Experience in individual and group therapy, particularly within an outpatient or remote environment.
• Expertise in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Proven ability to engage clients from various backgrounds and provide culturally competent counseling.
• A robust understanding of community resources to aid clients in their recovery journey.

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
