Our strength lies in taking a comprehensive approach to our clients' financial needs and building long-term relationships based on trust. MassMutual Pacific offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on professional development, continuous learning, and serving our communities.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Financial Advisor who is ready to take the next step in their financial services career.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who already has a foundation in financial services, banking, insurance, or an early-stage advisory role and wants to expand into a broader financial planning practice.

As a Financial Advisor with MassMutual Pacific, you will build and own your book of business, develop new client relationships, and help individuals and families work toward their long-term financial goals through financial planning, investment strategies, retirement planning, and protection solutions.

You will have the opportunity to grow your practice while receiving mentorship, training, technology, and access to experienced advisors and planning specialists.

What's in it for you:
  • Opportunity to build and own your book of business
  • One-on-one mentorship and ongoing professional development
  • Access to digital platforms, technology, and marketing resources
  • Support from experienced advisors and financial planning specialists
  • Opportunities to develop across investments, financial planning, and protection
  • Collaborative and team-oriented culture
  • Entrepreneurial flexibility with the support of an established financial services organization
Job Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, priorities, and risk tolerance.
  • Help clients develop strategies involving investments, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and financial protection.
  • Build your practice through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of available financial products and services to help identify appropriate client solutions.
  • Conduct ongoing client reviews as financial goals and circumstances evolve.
  • Collaborate with experienced advisors and specialists on financial planning, estate planning, insurance, investment, and other client needs.
  • Stay current on financial planning strategies, products, industry developments, and market trends.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable industry regulations and company policies.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Active Life Insurance license required.
  • Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, investments, client relationship management, or an early-career Financial Advisor role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a long-term advisory practice.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • SIE, Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66, or Variable Products registration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Professional, Banker, Registered Representative, Financial Consultant, Relationship Manager, or Insurance Professional.
  • Experience with financial planning or CRM software.
  • Background in business development, consultative sales, prospecting, or relationship management.
  • Passion for financial planning, investments, wealth management, and providing excellent client service.

If you have already started building a career in financial services and are looking for an opportunity to expand your capabilities, develop your practice, and work with clients across a broader range of financial needs, we would like to connect with you.
